Please note that we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
1.Custom-made or Personalised Products
Products that are made to order based on your specifications, including:
- Customised size, design, colour, or material
- Products with personal elements such as names, initials, or anniversaries
- Made-to-order products (cannot be cancelled once production has started)
As these items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold, change of mind returns are not accepted.
2.Blind Box / Mystery Items
Some of our products are sold as “blind boxes” or “mystery items,” where the exact design or variation is randomly selected.
- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, receiving duplicates, or personal design preferences.
- This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
3.Colour Differences
Please note that minor differences between the product images (due to monitor settings or lighting) and the actual product are not considered faults and are not grounds for return. If requested, we can provide confirmation data for your approval before production — please ensure you review it carefully.
4.Faulty or Misdescribed Products
If your product is faulty, damaged during transit, or significantly different from the description, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
We will assess your claim in accordance with the ACL.
